4-round swiss @ 11am and 4:30pm both days.
Time Control: 40 moves in 90mins., then sudden death in 30mins. 30sec. increment.
Prize fund: $500 if 24 paid entries.
Prizes: $150 (1st), $100 (2nd), $70-40 (4 rating tiers), $10 (upsets).
Entry fee: $30 SCC members, $40 others by 6/20; $10 after 6/20.
